Delivery & Shipping Information
You may choose to collect your goods from out outlet at 752/5, Dr. Danister De Silva Mawatha, Colombo 00900, Sri Lanka. Items can be picked up on a preferred date by paying online. You will receive an e-mail when the goods are ready to be collected from our outlet. This service is free of charge.
Deliver to my Address
Items will be delivered to the address specified by you. There will be a delivery charge based on your location and weight of the package.
We deliver internationally. We use professional couriers to ensure that your package is delivered on time and in good condition. The delivery charge will be based on your country and weight of the package. Estimated time of arrival will vary according to the country.
Should you wish to return anything bought from us online, we will be happy to exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 30 days) and in original, undamaged condition along with the invoice. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods. Returns can be made through either of these options:

We will email you back with further instructions and we will arrange for the courier to come to collect the product you wish to return – free of charge if the goods are incorrect, damaged or faulty.
- Returns via the Semman outlet
Simply take the despatch note and the product you wish to return or exchange to our outlet at #86, Palali Road, Thirunelveli, Jaffna 40000, Sri Lanka and tell the sales assistant you bought it online.
If you would prefer to exchange products, you can do it at our Semman outlet. If you wish to contact us please call our HOTLINE +94 77 266 7117 any time between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m., from Monday to Sunday, 7 days a week to assist with exchange. We will be unable to release the exchanged product until the original product has been received. However, we can reserve the product to ensure you receive the product of your choice. A delivery charge will apply unless the goods are incorrect, damaged or faulty.
When returning goods on which you have received a discount or special offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply. Additionally any free promotional gift issued with an order must also be returned if you are returning those goods.
Products we are unable to refund or exchange
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on goods which, by reason of their nature, are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
If you wish to exchange an item you purchased from our website, call us +94 77 266 7117 or E-mail us: email@example.com and provide us with the details of the items you are returning or replacing.
We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.
Change or cancel an order
If you wish to change or cancel an order, contact our outlet at +94 77 266 7117 any time between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m., from Monday to Sunday, 7 days a week. Please have the order number and date of order at hand. If your products have already been delivered, then you will need to follow our returns procedure.

Problems with My Order
An item is missing
If you find that your order is incomplete, in excess of the original order or if you wish to change or cancel your order please contact our HOTLINE +94 77 266 7117 any time between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m., from Monday to Sunday, 7 days a week or E-mail us: firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with the details.
My order did not arrive
If your order has not arrived please contact us immediately by phone or e-mail. We will see that our delivery specialists locate it. On confirmation of its location, we will contact you with details of when the delivery can be expected. In the instance that the order has not been dispatched or received, you will have the option of cancelling the order.
